About Me

Dan Brune wasnt born on this spectacular Central Coast, but is thankful a military assignment brought him here. Originally from Kansas City, he earned a Business Degree from Washburn University through a U.S. Air Force ROTC scholarship. His earliest experience with real estate was in 1984, when he sold his first home by himself while serving as an Air Force Pilot. A number of real estate investments followed, and the passion grew.

Throughout 12 years of active duty, his military flying assignments provided critical support and protection for U.S. interests worldwide. Dan’s career of service, integrity, and attention to detail was a natural fit with his love of real estate. He earned his real estate license in 1990 and has  expertly represented clients from Menlo Park to Carmel Highlands. As with all military operations, real estate requires precision, timing, and execution - attributes Dan employs to protect his clients like family. His knowledge, determination, and professionalism have been appreciated by both buyers and sellers for over three decades.

He is passionate about solving the plight of our homeless veteran population, and has pledged a portion of his commissions to community organizations providing the much needed assistance.

Dan has been the president of his homeowners' association for 30 years, and is a director of the Aptos Beach Association. He and his wife, Christy, have called the Aptos area their home for over 35 years. Although they both enjoy world travel, they agree that Monterey Bay has it all.
